Set in the gardens of Mevagissey House, the Coach House is a cosy detached character cottage, situated above the village and harbour, 5 mins walk from the coast path. The accommodation is on the first floor above the original stables (now just used for storage), with views over the gardens, village and the valley running up to Heligan. Mevagissey harbour is an 8 minute downhill walk.
- A comfortable south facing sitting room with sofa and armchairs, TV and DVD player, dining table for 4 and open fireplace, with an open plan kitchen equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and storage, while the second bedroom has 3ft wide bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, wc, heated towel rail and shaver point, and there is a separate additional shower room with a large quadrant shower enclosure.
- Beautiful location with your own large secluded garden, patio area with garden furniture and rotary washing line, plus on-site parking just yards from the cottage. Storage heating, electricity and bed linen included. 1 or 2 well behaved dogs welcome - £20/wk each.
- Sleeps 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults. No smoking. 10% discount when occupied by 2 people apart from period between 20th July to 30th August. Access information - gently sloping pathway with 4 steps at intervals, then 4 steps into porch.
